A simple guide for healthy living

My daughter regularly asks me if what she's eating is considered a healthy meal.

And I always answer: it depends on who you ask.

So ask yourself: is this meal the type of fuel I want to put in my body?

Whether that be meat or not, or gluten or not, or low carb or no sugar or whatever--pick what serves you and stick with it.

And then do this also:

Walk a lot. Run some. Carry something heavy. Look at long distances.

Talk to a neighbor. Eat a vegetable. Drink some water. Get decent sleep.

And, for the love--

turn off the news and social media.

And if you're a Christian, read your bible and pray.
