Frankly, you need to stop following strangers on the internet and get to know your neighbors instead.

Those internet personalities you follow and feel like you know and are friends?

You don't know them.

You're not friends.

Social media isn't real.

You know what is? Those people who live the houses or apartments around you.

So be old fashioned and borrow a cup of sugar. Invite them to drink some lemonade. Meet at a neutral location like the yard or the stairwell or shared green space if you're uncomfortable inviting them in.

It'll fuel your heart and soul so much more than any random social media following.
