Frankly, it's highly likely you're overscheduled and don't even know it.
I've had multiple MULTIPLE!! friends who I cautioned that they were overscheduled and nearing burnout.

Examine your schedule now. And do it with your eyes wide open.
Take off some things. Give yourself space to breathe.
Then take off a few more things.
