Frankly, it's highly likely you're overscheduled and don't even know it.

I'm fine, you think.

And maybe you are.

Maybe you can handle your crazy schedule.

But know this.

I've had multiple MULTIPLE!! friends who I cautioned that they were overscheduled and nearing burnout.

I advised them that they needed to take things off their plate.

And they assured me they loved their kids activities/multiple jobs/volunteering/girls nights/church obligations/sports/whatever.

And ALL OF THEM within 3-6 MONTHS were flat on their rear ends, mentally destroyed and unable to function.

Depression, panic attacks, all of it.

Examine your schedule now. And do it with your eyes wide open.

Take off some things. Give yourself space to breathe.

Then take off a few more things.
