You’re here because you’re ready for a change.
You’re stuck in old patterns that no longer serve you.
You’ve got a big goal in mind, but you’re scared to step out in faith.
Whether it’s with your creative pursuits or your health (or both!),
I’m here to serve you.
To say the hard things, and help you make a plan you’ll actually stick to.
Hi. I’m Heather.
I love serving creatives (especially writers!) and my fellow believers.
I specialize in fiction editing, natural health options, and mid-life challenges.
Let’s speak frankly.
Limited coat hangers means limited clothes.
Which means limited clutter.
Ideally, you should be at a church worshipping at least once a week.
You may have been burned by it in the past, but don't give up.
Human beings aren't designed to handle this constant influx of irrelevant (yes, I said it! irrelevant!) information.
So do what you will.
Life is a la carte. You're an adult and you get to pick.
I'm fine, you think. And maybe you are.
Maybe you can handle your crazy schedule.
But know this:
There tend to be two very polarized sides to this: standard western practices or natural approaches.
In my experience, very few people realize you can do a bit of both.
Yes, even Christmas.
You're an adult, and you get to choose.
I went everywhere with an over the counter medicine cabinet in my purse.
Yes, PMs, DMs, SMS, everything.
Absolute garbage.
Did that sting?
Then you should be reading your bible.
And women, especially, are just awful at saying no to obligations.
But guess what? You're an adult, and you absolutely can.
Closets and cabinets bulging at the seams?
You have no idea how much all that extra junk is weighing down your mind.
Let’s do this!
Sunburn and bug bites taking the fun out of your summer?
Take out the itch and sting and feel better faster. Here’s how. (And it’s even natural!)
Tired of the mosquitoes? Ready to get back outside?
Bye bye bites! Here’s how. (And it’s even natural!)
Even if you're praying and reading your bible every day, something is missing.
Internet freedom through the clever use of 1985. Come see how it’s done!
Life is a la carte.
You're an adult and you get to pick.
